Job Description
<div>Your Role: • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our web-based platform • Ensure that the team follows best practices and adheres to deadlines • Manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, including task allocation and progress tracking • Collaborate with other teams, such as Product and Design, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the platform • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and incorporate them into the team's work as appropriate • Mentor and support team members in their professional development</div>

<div>Qualifiers: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a Backend Engineering role, with at least 2 years of experience managing a team. • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools such as Ansible, Docker, Terraform, Fabric, Kubernetes, etc. • Experience with a version control tool ( we use git and GitHub ) • Experience working in an agile development environment and using agile tools. • Experience working with any rest framework like Django Rest Framework (DRF). • Strong background in building scalable systems on cloud (AWS). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience working with agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of web development best practices and security principles.
