Hardware and SoŌware Management:<br />  Oversee the installaƟon, configuraƟon, and maintenance of hardware and soŌware systems.<br />  Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure across all office locaƟons.<br /> 2. Network AdministraƟon:<br />  Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.<br />  Troubleshoot network issues and implement soluƟons to opƟmize performance.<br /> 3. IT Support:<br />  Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, soŌware, and network-related issues.<br />  Respond to IT helpdesk Ɵckets promptly and resolve issues in a Ɵmely manner.<br /> 4. Security and Compliance:<br />  Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols.</div> <div> Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulaƟons.<br /> 5. Backup and Disaster Recovery:<br />  Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and minimize<br /> downƟme.<br />  Perform regular backups and test disaster recovery procedures to ensure readiness.<br /> 6. Vendor Management:<br />  Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, soŌware, and services.<br />  Evaluate vendor proposals and negoƟate contracts to obtain the best value for the<br /> organizaƟon.<br /> 7. IT Project Management:<br />  Lead IT projects from iniƟaƟon to compleƟon, including planning, execuƟon, and<br /> monitoring.<br />  Collaborate with cross-funcƟonal teams to implement IT soluƟons that meet business<br /> requirements.<br /> <br /> QualificaƟons and Skills:<br />  Bachelor&#39;s degree in InformaƟon Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<br />  Proven experience (3-5 years) in IT management or a similar role.<br />  Strong knowledge of hardware, soŌware, and network technologies.<br />  Proficiency in Windows and Linux operaƟng systems.<br />  Experience with network administraƟon, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and DNS.<br />  Familiarity with IT security principles and best pracƟces.<br />  Excellent troubleshooƟng and problem-solving skills.<br />  EffecƟve communicaƟon and interpersonal abiliƟes.<br />  Willingness to travel to all office locaƟons as required.</div>
