Job Summary

The SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a critical role in the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions tailored for the Pharmaceutical industry. This position focuses on enhancing business processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP QM solutions based on gathered business requirements and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver effective SAP QM solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing production support and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Utilize strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical domain to ensure process adherence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in SAP QM and the pharmaceutical domain.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in the SAP QM module with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, PP, SD, WM, etc.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Prior experience in conducting training sessions and documentation for end-users.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience as an SAP Business Systems Analyst with a core focus on the Quality Management module in the pharmaceutical industry.

Environment

• Location: Any PSL (Project Services Location).
• Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST.
• Typical work environment accommodates collaboration with technical and business teams.
