Job Summary

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing product performance and driving data-driven decisions to improve the software product's development and functionality. This position is critical to ensuring that AI Fiesta's offerings align with market needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product data and generate insights to drive product improvements and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to support product planning and development.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate product positioning and performance against competitors.
• Engage with AI models for product testing and performance analysis, ensuring products meet user demands and expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a product analyst or in a related role within a software product environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, familiarity with AI products, and strong analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of AI technologies and their application in products.
• Project Management: Experience in managing AI product planning and analytical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI products or systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in product analysis, preferably within a startup environment focused on technology or AI products.

Environment

This is a remote role, allowing for flexibility in work location. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced startup environment and liaise with team members across different time zones.

Salary

• Compensation: ₹15,00,000 - ₹22,00,000 per annum (CTC).
