Job Summary

The Python AI Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models that leverage the capabilities of Python and artificial intelligence. This position is essential for enhancing processes through automation, innovation, and the extraction of business insights, contributing to the organization’s goals of efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models for optimal performance.
• Generate content using Generative AI technologies.
• Extract Business Entity models from various documents and content.
• Analyze and derive business insights from documents and unstructured data.
• Continuously improve model performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Python programming and AI/ML development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
  • Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, specifically OpenAI GPT-4, 4.1, and 4.1 mini.
  • Strong knowledge in containerization tools like Docker and cloud deployment platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong understanding of databases and data management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for documenting processes and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Python programming and AI/ML development is required.

Environment

• Hybrid work environment (3 days in the office per week).

Salary

• Estimated salary: ₹1.6 Lakhs per annum.
