Job Summary

The Production Intern will support the production team by coordinating with actors, managing invoices, and handling various operational tasks. This role will contribute to the smooth execution of projects and ensure effective communication among all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with actors for scheduling and production activities.
• Assist in managing and processing invoices related to productions.
• Handle various operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage vendor arrangements for equipment and services needed for production.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of production processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Media, Communication, Film Studies, or related fields is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content strategies.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and budgeting in production.

Experience

• Prior experience in a production environment or internship is a plus but not required.

Environment

• The role is expected to be in-person, working closely with the production team and on set as needed, located in Bangalore.

Salary

• Salary range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
