<div>HR Associate &zwj;<br /> Department: Human Resources<br /> Location: Bangalore (Field + Office)<br /> Experience: 1&ndash;3 years<br /> CTC: ₹4&ndash;5 LPA</div> <div>Why This Role Exists<br /> Mumbai Pav Company is scaling aggressively with multiple new outlets planned over the next 10<br /> months.<br /> Your role exists to ensure:<br /> &bull; Store hiring stays fast but controlled<br /> &bull; Onboarding is consistent across outlets<br /> &bull; HR operations scale cleanly with growth<br /> Your Mission<br /> Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR operations across stores and corporate teams, working closely<br /> with operations and store leadership to support rapid expansion.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> 1 Store Recruitment &amp; Hiring (Primary Responsibility)<br /> &bull; Coordinate end-to-end hiring for store managers, assistant managers, and kitchen staff<br /> &bull; Work closely with store managers, area managers, and ops team<br /> &bull; On-ground hiring execution will be supported by store &amp; ops teams; you own coordination,<br /> tracking, and closure<br /> &bull; Maintain hiring trackers and manpower plans<br /> 2 Onboarding &amp; Employee Lifecycle<br /> &bull; Handle joining formalities and documentation<br /> &bull; Coordinate store-level induction with ops team<br /> &bull; Support exits, F&amp;F, and exit interviews<br /> 3 HR Operations &amp; Compliance<br /> &bull; Manage attendance, leave, and employee data on Keka<br /> &bull; Coordinate PF, ESI, and statutory compliance with payroll/accounting teams<br /> &bull; Act as first HR point of contact for stores</div> <div>4 Engagement &amp; Retention<br /> &bull; Support grievance handling<br /> &bull; Track attrition and people stability at stores<br /> 5 HR Reporting<br /> &bull; Maintain headcount, hiring, and attrition dashboards<br /> &bull; Share weekly/monthly HR updates with leadership<br /> What We&rsquo;re Looking For<br /> Must-Have<br /> &bull; 1&ndash;3 years HR experience (QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred)<br /> &bull; Exposure to recruitment and HR operations<br /> &bull; Comfortable working with on-ground store teams<br /> &bull; Execution-first mindset<br /> Good-to-Have<br /> &bull; High-volume hiring exposure<br /> &bull; Basic labour compliance knowledge<br /> Working Style<br /> &bull; Field + office role with regular store visits<br /> &bull; High ownership, low micromanagement<br /> &bull; Direct interaction with founders and ops leadership<br /> Reporting To<br /> Founders / Operations Manager</div>
