Why This Role Exists
Mumbai Pav Company is scaling aggressively with multiple new outlets planned over the next 10
months.
Your role exists to ensure:
• Store hiring stays fast but controlled
• Onboarding is consistent across outlets
• HR operations scale cleanly with growth
Your Mission
Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR operations across stores and corporate teams, working closely
with operations and store leadership to support rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1 Store Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Responsibility)
• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for store managers, assistant managers, and kitchen staff
• Work closely with store managers, area managers, and ops team
• On-ground hiring execution will be supported by store & ops teams; you own coordination,
tracking, and closure
• Maintain hiring trackers and manpower plans
2 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
• Handle joining formalities and documentation
• Coordinate store-level induction with ops team
• Support exits, F&F, and exit interviews
3 HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data on Keka
• Coordinate PF, ESI, and statutory compliance with payroll/accounting teams
• Act as first HR point of contact for stores
