Mumbai Pav Company is scaling aggressively with multiple new outlets planned over the next 10<br />
months.<br />
Your role exists to ensure:<br />
• Store hiring stays fast but controlled<br />
• Onboarding is consistent across outlets<br />
• HR operations scale cleanly with growth<br />
Your Mission<br />
Coordinate and execute day-to-day HR operations across stores and corporate teams, working closely<br />
with operations and store leadership to support rapid expansion.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
1 Store Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Responsibility)<br />
• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for store managers, assistant managers, and kitchen staff<br />
• Work closely with store managers, area managers, and ops team<br />
• On-ground hiring execution will be supported by store & ops teams; you own coordination,<br />
tracking, and closure<br />
• Maintain hiring trackers and manpower plans<br />
2 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle<br />
• Handle joining formalities and documentation<br />
• Coordinate store-level induction with ops team<br />
• Support exits, F&F, and exit interviews<br />
3 HR Operations & Compliance<br />
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data on Keka<br />
• Coordinate PF, ESI, and statutory compliance with payroll/accounting teams<br />
• Act as first HR point of contact for stores</div>
<div>4 Engagement & Retention<br />
• Support grievance handling<br />
• Track attrition and people stability at stores<br />
5 HR Reporting<br />
• Maintain headcount, hiring, and attrition dashboards<br />
• Share weekly/monthly HR updates with leadership<br />
What We’re Looking For<br />
Must-Have<br />
• 1–3 years HR experience (QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred)<br />
• Exposure to recruitment and HR operations<br />
• Comfortable working with on-ground store teams<br />
• Execution-first mindset<br />
Good-to-Have<br />
• High-volume hiring exposure<br />
• Basic labour compliance knowledge<br />
Working Style<br />
• Field + office role with regular store visits<br />
• High ownership, low micromanagement<br />
• Direct interaction with founders and ops leadership<br />
