Job Summary

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for product sourcing and procurement across ZenZebra's retail stores. The role includes identifying new products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment. This position plays a key role in shaping customer experiences and optimizing costs within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Product Procurement: Source food, beverages, retail products, and store supplies at the best quality and prices.
• Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Product Curation: Continuously discover new brands and products that align with ZenZebra's customer experience.
• Cost Optimization: Improve margins through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Inventory Planning: Coordinate with operations to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock-outs.
• Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging products to keep our assortment fresh.

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on quality, pricing, and profitability.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and product categories simultaneously.
• A curious eye for discovering innovative products and emerging brands.

Preferred Skills
