Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant for a remote contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including technical architecture, integrations, data migration, and reporting. You will work closely with HR, IT, and implementation teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical design and development for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.).
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP, HDL, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Manage and execute data migration, conversions, and validations during implementation or upgrades.
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards using OTBI, BIP, and other Oracle reporting tools.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, unit testing, and defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and change management processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support teams and end-users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and technical components including:
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fast Formulas
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Integrations (OIC, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • OTBI & BIP reporting
• Experience with SaaS architecture, security, and extension frameworks.
• Proven track record of at least one full Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle HCM data conversions and change data capture (CDC) methods.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote delivery best practices.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical experience in Oracle HCM.
