Customer Success - Full Stack Solution Engineer - II

Job Summary

The Customer Success - Full Stack Solution Engineer - II serves as a technical bridge between customers and the internal Customer Success team, directly addressing client challenges through innovative software solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining full-stack applications, optimizing internal tools, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The engineer will also contribute to data-driven insights and continuous process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications that address operational needs of the Customer Success team.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and usability flaws, offering actionable improvement advice.
  • Build, enhance, and automate SQL dashboards for actionable insights into customer data and team performance.
  • Conduct exploratory, regression, and performance testing to ensure product consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to design and implement internal tools that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain browser-based automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Node.js).
  • Strong command of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript for frontend development.
  • Experience with modern testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing methodologies.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve new challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building and maintaining SQL dashboards.
  • Prior experience working in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to customer success platforms or CRM systems.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a customer-centric or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  • Experience with direct customer interaction and delivering technical solutions.

  • Work Location: Bangalore (in-office).
