Job Summary

The Deltek Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in leading the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Deltek ERP systems for clients within the professional services, engineering, construction, and government contracting industries. This position is essential for ensuring successful implementations that meet clients' business process needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering to identify client needs.
• Lead full-cycle Deltek implementations, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
• Configure and customize Deltek modules including Project Accounting, HR, CRM, Procurement, and Time & Expense.
• Manage data migration and system integration for seamless transitions.
• Train end-users and provide support for post-go-live initiatives to ensure system effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including DCAA, FAR, GST/TDS.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Deltek ERP solutions (Costpoint, Vision, Vantagepoint, Ajera).
• Strong understanding of project-based financial systems.
• Experience in ERP implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Prior experience with US federal contractors is a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Bonus skills include SQL, Cognos, Power BI, or Deltek integration expertise.
• Professional certifications such as Deltek Certified, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or CPA are nice to have.

Experience

• Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation roles.

Environment

• The position is remote, hybrid, or onsite based on project requirements, located in India.
• Working hours are from 6 PM IST to 4 AM IST to align with the US time zone.
