Ideally looking for people, who can execute high frequence intraday trades in ETFs, stocks and FNO using firm capital to capture short-term price inefficiencies.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Trade ETFs / equities / index options intraday (no overnight positions)&nbsp;<br /> &bull; Provide two-way liquidity and capture bid-ask spreads<br /> &bull; Manage risk with strict stop-loss and position limits<br /> &bull; Monitor order book depth, momentum, and volatility<br /> &bull; Achieve daily P&amp;L targets within defined risk parameters</div> <div>Requirements:<br /> &bull; Proven intraday trading experience (cash or derivatives)<br /> &bull; Strong understanding of market microstructure<br /> &bull; High discipline and fast decision-making ability<br /> &bull; Comfortable with high turnover trading<br /> &bull; Trading terminal proficiency</div>
