Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate to be part of our investment unit, responsible for driving investments into exceptional individuals and the companies they build. This role is designed for individuals with around 0-4 years of experience, particularly those exposed to early-stage company building and investment. The position is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, offering significant impact and upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of a thesis on identifying non-obviously exceptional founder talent.
• Support the team in building relationships with key nodes within talent clusters to navigate and identify exceptional individuals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to exceptional talent, guiding them from the decision to become a founder through to closing their first funding round.
• Continuously refine your mental model of exceptional talent through exposure and learning from experienced Talent Investors.
• Participate in investment decision-making focused on the potential of talent and their startups.
