Logistics Manager<br /> Designation : Flexible | Based on past experience & fitment at Gynoveda<br /> Company : Gynoveda.com<br /> Location : Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai<br /> Reports to : Founders<br /> Work Description:<br /> Manage eCommerce orders fulfillment, 3PL warehouse operations & lastmile logistics<br /> partners<br /> Responsible for:<br /> ● Manage outsource eCommerce courier aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket, iThink, ShipYaari)<br /> ● Negotiate contracts directly with courier companies like DHL, Bluedart, XpressBee<br /> ● Integrate with OMS, WMS to divide shipment load between courier services<br /> ● Manage third-party warehouses for same day order dispatches & shipping<br /> ● Fulfill orders of website & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, more<br /> Business Goals:<br /> ● RTO <10% for cash on delivery orders<br /> ● Delivery speed of website orders should be >90% delivery in <4 days<br /> Candidature requirements:<br /> ★ 5+ years of experience with eCommerce D2C, FMCG or Retail companies<br /> ★ Prior experience with high growth startup added advantage<br /> ★ Fine balance between analytics, interpersonal skills and team engagement<br /> ★ Hands-on experience with inventory ERP, OMS, WMS like Unicommerce, EasyEcom
