Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gynoveda, you will play a key role in building our team of passionate individuals who are driven to make a meaningful impact. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, work closely with leadership, and ensure we hire top talent that aligns with our mission, values, and pace of growth. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create JDs, and define success profiles. • Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions (Marketing, Tech, R&D, Customer Success, etc.). • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies. • Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles. • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit for skill, attitude, and culture. • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience. • Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene. • Support employer branding efforts by promoting Gynoveda's culture on social media and job platforms. • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics. What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Proven success in sourcing and closing top talent across levels and functions. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high EQ. • A passion for health, wellness, and women’s empowerment is a big plus! • Comfortable using ATS, recruitment tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
