Job Summary

The CFIN O2C Solution Architect is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within the Central Finance (CFIN) system. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective integration of O2C functions and meet organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • O2C Process Configuration: Configure and maintain O2C processes, including credit management, billing, collections, and accounts receivable within the CFIN system.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional specifications and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of O2C processes within the CFIN system and with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • User Support & Training: Provide functional support to end-users, address issues, and conduct training sessions for optimal system utilization.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing activities for new configurations, ensuring they meet functional requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Monitor and evaluate O2C processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with IS architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of functional requirements and system design specifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Offer expert troubleshooting support for O2C-related system issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance O2C processes within CFIN.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in O2C SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CFIN, or IT architecture.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in O2C process management with a strong background in system configuration and implementation within SAP or similar ERP environments.
  • Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of O2C processes such as order management, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Skills: Experience in configuring O2C processes in SAP or similar ERP systems, requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Central Finance (CFIN) and integration with other finance-related modules.
  • High-level understanding of Credit Management and integration processes with CFIN.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and a passion for innovation within enterprise systems.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) process management, ideally within SAP or similar ERP systems.
