Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to making job offers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent that aligns with company goals and values.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software for candidate management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
