Job Summary

The Window Admin plays a critical role in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments. This position is essential for ensuring optimal system performance, security, and uptime, which contributes to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and system integrity.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and support applications hosted on Windows platforms.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to safeguard against data loss.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2016/2019).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure management.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in Windows Server administration or related field is preferred.
