Job Summary

The Value Creation role focuses on maximizing organizational efficiency and profitability through the analysis and optimization of value chains, deal values, and supply chain processes. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for synergy and operational improvement, contributing directly to the company's growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth value chain analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Perform deal value analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Lead synergy analysis projects post-transaction to ensure realization of anticipated benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement value creation initiatives.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in value chain analysis, supply chain optimization, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting deal value and synergy analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy roles.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics or business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and automation in value chains.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in value chain analysis, supply chain optimization, deal value analysis, or synergy analysis.

• Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position.
• Location: Gurgaon.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹20–24 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
