Job Summary

The Data AI Model role, titled Machine Learning Engineer and positioned as a Senior Systems Engineer, is designed for a skilled professional with 3-8 years of experience in software development and engineering. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP), to support the organization's data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models using programming languages such as Python and R.
• Utilize machine learning frameworks including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for model development.
• Apply NLP libraries like NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford CoreNLP to process and analyze textual data.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage automated process development, and support ticketing and auditing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in machine learning, NLP, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python and R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries: NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford CoreNLP.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including Agile development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles focused on machine learning and AI.
• Proven experience in automated process development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and auditing processes is advantageous.

Environment

• Full-time employment with a hybrid work mode.
• Work shift from 12:30 AM IST to 9:30 PM IST.
• Primary work location in Bangalore, India.
• Dynamic and fast-paced work environment requiring adaptability to changing requirements.

Salary

• Estimated salary: ₹2,875,000 INR per annum.
