Our Instagram and YouTube community is 300K+ strong, and our content has over 5 million views (largely organic!).</p> <p>And now, we&rsquo;re ready to scale that brand love even further&mdash;through smart, memorable, and well-placed media. That&rsquo;s where you come in.</p> <p>The Role: Brand Building Media Lead</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <p>We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on media lead who knows how to place the right message, in the right format, in the right place&mdash;and make sure it gets seen and remembered</p> <p>What You&rsquo;ll Own:</p> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Leading end-to-end media strategy across platforms&mdash;Instagram, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, and emerging</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Crafting and executing sharp, insight-driven brand media campaigns (non-performance, upper-funnel, awareness-building)</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams to ensure media and messaging sing in harmony</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Owning media buying directly or through partner agencies&mdash;across video, static, influencer, and branded content formats</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Tracking, optimising, and reporting campaign impact with precision (because what gets measured... etc.)</p>
<p>Must Have:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Prior experience in brand media planning and execution (agency or brand side)</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Ability to distill a creative or business brief into a tight, impactful media plan</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Strong understanding of digital media formats, targeting, and placements across Meta,</p>
<p>YouTube, OTT, etc.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Budget ownership and accountability mindset&mdash;you&#39;re comfortable spending every rupee</p>

● Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or any</p>
