Remote Work: This is an in-office role by default. WFH possible on a case-to-case basis. CTC: ₹16 -18 LPA, depending on experience and skills<br />

<p>We’re looking for a hands-on media lead who knows how to place the right message, in the right format, in the right place—and make sure it gets seen and remembered</p>
<p>What You’ll Own:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>● Leading end-to-end media strategy across platforms—Instagram, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, and emerging</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Crafting and executing sharp, insight-driven brand media campaigns (non-performance, upper-funnel, awareness-building)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams to ensure media and messaging sing in harmony</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Owning media buying directly or through partner agencies—across video, static, influencer, and branded content formats</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Tracking, optimising, and reporting campaign impact with precision (because what gets measured... etc.)</p>
<p>Must Have:</p>
</li>

<ul>
<li>
<p>● Prior experience in brand media planning and execution (agency or brand side)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Ability to distill a creative or business brief into a tight, impactful media plan</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Strong understanding of digital media formats, targeting, and placements across Meta,</p>
<p>YouTube, OTT, etc.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>● Budget ownership and accountability mindset—you're comfortable spending every rupee</p>
<p>like it’s your own</p>
<p>Good to Have:</p>
<p>● Experience scaling D2C or challenger brands<br />
● Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or any</p>
<p>OTT ad platforms<br />
● Passion for content and storytelling—you get excited by a great hook and a killer</p>
<p>placement<br />
● Curiosity for performance media (though this isn’t a performance marketing role)</p>
