Amazon Specialist / Senior Key Account Manager

Job Summary
The Amazon Specialist / Senior Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling Pee Safe's Amazon business both in India and internationally. This role is crucial for driving approximately 25% of the company's total revenue through full Profit and Loss (P&L) ownership, strategic platform management, and the execution of growth-oriented initiatives in a highly competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth
- Own end-to-end P&L for Pee Safe's Amazon India and Amazon International accounts (UAE, US, UK, etc.).
- Define and execute a quarterly growth roadmap to scale Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), revenue, and profitability.
- Drive new product launches, managing listing health and maintaining catalogue hygiene across all marketplaces.
- Identify and unlock growth levers, including new geographies, categories, and customer segments.

Advertising & Traffic
- Plan and manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brands, Demand Side Platform) with a focus on optimizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACoS).
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure content, A+ pages, and brand stores are optimized for conversion.

Marketplace Operations
- Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment in coordination with the supply chain team.
- Own account health metrics, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), ASIN suppressions, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) compliance, and policy adherence.
- Lead negotiations for Amazon deals, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, Subscribe & Save, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle seller central/vendor central operations, including case management and escalations.

International Expansion
- Drive international market activation, covering pricing, compliance, localization, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-border logistics and fulfillment partners (FBA, Third-Party Logistics) to ensure seamless international operations.
- Track global competitor movements and category trends to continuously sharpen market positioning.

Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain a performance dashboard covering GMV, revenue, ROAS, Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS), new-to-brand (NTB) metrics, and profit margins.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reviews to leadership, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize Brand Analytics, Market Basket Analysis, and Share of Voice data to inform and guide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience with inventory management systems and data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Familiarity with international e-commerce platforms and market regulations.
- Capability to interpret complex data sets for informed decision-making.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a focus on Amazon or similar marketplaces.
