Job Summary

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance organizational processes. This senior role will leverage extensive experience and expertise in ServiceNow to deliver high-quality architecture and solutions tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITOM, SecOps, and HRSD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications in a multi-instance and multi-tenant environment.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of functional components.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on architecting solutions.
• Strong understanding of several ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, SecOps, and HRSD.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and practices.
• Experience managing multi-instance and multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
• Experience in DevOps practices related to ServiceNow.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementations is required.
