AND Business Consulting is hiring for the role of HR & Admin Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Coordinating the entire hiring process, i.e. identifying the right channels, sourcing relevant CVs, screening candidates, conducting interviews and case studies. 2. Onboarding: Developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, integrated into the company culture, and set up for success. 3. Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and providing feedback to employees. 4. Attendance and Timesheet Management: Reviewing team member’s monthly attendance and time sheet records and preparing summaries for management. 5. Employee Welfare: Conducting employee engagement and L&D activities, maintaining positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts. 6. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. 7. Best Practices & Compliances: Ensuring compliance with industry HR best practices, employment laws and regulations. 8. IT & Admin: Managing our IT vendors, IT policies, travel bookings and office related requirements (supplies, snacks among others). Requirements: 1. At least 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in consulting / professional services 2. Master’s degree in human resources or a related field 3. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations 5. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace suite 6.
