Job Summary

The Java Developer Intern will support the development of Kampas Connect by assisting with Java-based application development. This full-time internship position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to new feature implementation, troubleshooting, and agile code reviews. Candidates are expected to start on the 30th, and applications must be submitted by 2025-07-26T13:02:51.933Z. A post-internship full-time offer is conditional based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and enhancing Kampas Connect using Java.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features and efficiently resolve bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to agile development processes.
• Contribute actively in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to improve product functionality.
• Support testing and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability of the application.

Qualifications

• Final year engineering students or recent B.E./B.Tech graduates in Computer Science/IT.
• Academic project experience or strong coding exposure in Java.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or exposure through academic projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development practices.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React is a plus.
• Additional certifications or coursework in Java programming.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience through academic projects, internships, or related roles.
• Prior exposure to real-world development projects is advantageous.

Environment

• Work location is in Pune, with a specific focus on the Viman Nagar area.
• This is a full-time, work-from-office internship.
• The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and aligned with agile development practices.

Salary

• ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month stipend.
