The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating strong relationships with both customers and channel partners. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers and proactively reach out to potential clients, diligently following up on leads.

  • Provide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries and promptly deliver supplementary information.
  • Keep abreast of product and service updates, ensuring in-depth product knowledge.
  • Methodically manage and update a comprehensive customer database.
  • Effectively elucidate and demonstrate the distinctive features of the company's products and services.
  • Stay well-informed about competing products and services to effectively position offerings.
  • Skillfully execute upselling strategies for products and services.
  • Conduct rigorous research to qualify new leads.
  • Demonstrate a stellar track record in closing sales and consistently achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors (preferable but not a barrier).
  • A fervent enthusiasm for working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
  • A keen understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A remarkable memory to drive multiple conversations effectively while maintaining context.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools may be advantageous.
  • Additional language proficiency enhances communication with diverse clientele.

Experience

1-5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer relations in specified sectors.

Environment

  • This position entails a 6-day work week, with weekends required as maximum action in Real Estate occurs on Saturdays/Sundays.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region is necessary.
