SUMMARY<br /> As a Graphic Designer at HIRA, you<br /> ’ll craft visual content that encapsulates our luxurious and<br /> minimalist aesthetic. From website visuals to social media assets and e-commerce creatives, you<br /> ’ll<br /> partner with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure every design communicates the brand<br /> essence effectively and optimizes engagement.<br /> <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> Digital & E-Commerce Design<br /> Design engaging assets for HIRA’<br /> s website and e-commerce platforms: website banners, product<br /> visuals, promotional graphics, and UI elements.<br /> Craft visually rich social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest—reflecting HIRA’<br /> s<br /> storytelling-driven brand aesthetic.<br /> Brand & Campaign Visuals<br /> Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaign visuals for product launches, festive<br /> promotions, and digital ads.<br /> Develop templates and style guides ensuring visual consistency across digital platforms.<br /> Project Management & Collaboration<br /> Handle multiple design workflows efficiently, delivering final artwork in appropriate formats for<br /> both digital and print.<br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, content, and operations—to ensure designs<br /> align with strategy and timelines.<br /> Creative Evolution & Optimization<br /> Stay updated with beauty and design trends, especially in fragrance marketing and e-commerce.<br /> Optimize visuals for performance—considering loading speed, responsiveness, and A/B testing<br /> feedback.<br /> WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:<br /> achelor<br /> ’<br /> s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.<br /> 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce<br /> sectors.<br /> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—as well as tools like Canva<br /> or Figma.<br /> Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills; ability to create visually cohesive designs<br /> aligned with brand identity.<br /> Excellent visual storytelling and a clean, aesthetic design sensibility.<br /> Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work under deadlines.<br /> Bonus (Preferred):<br /> Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).<br /> Packaging design experience or print collateral understanding.<br /> Understanding of digital marketing optimization (e.g., image formats, ad specifications, responsive<br /> design)<br /> ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS<br /> Experience working with high-velocity consumer startups or challenger<br /> brands<br /> Prior experience with fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories<br /> Past leadership of 0-to-1 or 1-to-100 scale-up journey
