Job Summary

Masai School is seeking experienced and driven Senior Academic Consultants to join its Degree Programs Sales Team. This position involves engaging with qualified leads through video consultations, understanding their career goals, and guiding them on how Masai's degree programs can help them achieve those objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 video counselling sessions with prospective students.
• Understand candidates' aspirations, career objectives, and learning requirements.
• Educate prospects about Masai School's degree programs and their value proposition.
• Drive conversions from qualified inbound leads.
• Build trust and provide personalized guidance throughout the decision-making process.
• Consistently achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of experience in education sales, academic counselling, or consultative sales.
• Strong experience in selling higher education, degree programs, or career-oriented courses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable conducting video consultations and building rapport virtually.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with education technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform strategy.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in education sales or academic consulting.

Environment

• Work Mode: 6 Days Work From Office (WFO).
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
