IAM Developer - SSE

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our fast-paced Agile team, focusing on problem resolution and new development within the SailPoint Identity IQ platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full lifecycle management processes, Java Beanshell scripting, and SailPoint API programming. This role involves maintaining existing code, designing and implementing new connectors, and responding promptly to incidents in the Huntington Identity and Access Management environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java Beanshell scripts within SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Utilize SailPoint API programming to enhance and troubleshoot identity management solutions.
• Manage lifecycle processes including joiner, leaver, and mover workflows.
• Design and implement new connectors for applications, databases, and directories to automate identity management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SailPoint environment.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver timely solutions and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
• Strong Java Beanshell development experience.
• Proficient with SailPoint Identity IQ 8.x product suite.
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint lifecycle management and workflows.
• Experience working with LDAP-compliant directory environments such as RadiantLogic, Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, and Tivoli Directory Server.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and web protocols including HTTP and XML.
• Specialist-level knowledge administering Azure SSO, IBM Security Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Ping, RadiantLogic, RSA, and SailPoint product suites.
• Experience designing and supporting mission-critical 24x7 environments.
• Cross-platform operating system administration skills and experience modifying system parameters.
• Familiarity with high availability solution design principles, including clustering, load balancing, HACMP, and SRDF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with RedHat Linux operating system.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management (IDM) products.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting identity and access management solutions in mission-critical environments.

Salary

• 1-5 Years of experience: Up to ₹20 LPA
• 5-8 Years of experience: ₹28-30 LPA
