<div>Role Overview<br /> The Head of Marketing will own the full marketing funnel &mdash; from awareness and brand building to lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative excellence, and analytical rigor to scale Marg&rsquo;s brand, drive adoption of Marg Books, and strengthen customer loyalty across India and key global markets.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> 1. Strategy &amp; Leadership<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s growth and product goals.<br /> &bull;<br /> Own the marketing P&amp;L and deliver measurable ROI across channels.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (digital, performance, content, brand, design, and events).<br /> &bull;<br /> Drive consistent brand positioning and communication across all touchpoints.<br /> 2. Digital &amp; Performance Marketing<br /> &bull;<br /> Lead customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and affiliate channels.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build scalable lead funnels for Marg ERP and Marg Books using marketing automation and CRM tools.</div> <div>Manage analytics and attribution models to optimize CAC and LTV.<br /> &bull;<br /> Drive marketing experiments for new products and geographies.<br /> 3. Brand &amp; Communication<br /> &bull;<br /> Build a strong and differentiated brand identity across India and international markets.<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop targeted campaigns for SME decision-makers, accountants, and industry influencers.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage PR, social media, influencer, and content marketing initiatives.<br /> &bull;<br /> Oversee creative development &mdash; brand films, customer success stories, product explainers, etc.<br /> 4. Offline Marketing &amp; Partnerships<br /> &bull;<br /> Design and execute regional marketing programs, trade shows, dealer meets, and channel partner activations.<br /> &bull;<br /> Strengthen Marg&rsquo;s presence across Tier-1 to Tier-4 cities through innovative BTL initiatives.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build partnerships with trade associations, software resellers, and ecosystem players (banks, GST portals, etc.).</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>5. Product &amp; Customer Insights<br /> &bull;<br /> Work closely with Product and Sales teams to translate customer insights into product messaging.<br /> &bull;<br /> Use data to refine customer segmentation, pricing communication, and go-to-market strategy.<br /> &bull;<br /> Track competitive intelligence and emerging trends to inform marketing priorities.<br /> Key Metrics (KPIs)<br /> &bull;<br /> Brand Awareness &amp; Unaided Recall<br /> &bull;<br /> Qualified Leads &amp; Conversion Rates<br /> &bull;<br /> CAC and LTV<br /> &bull;<br /> Retention &amp; NPS<br /> &bull;<br /> Channel Partner Engagement and Activation</div>
