Job Description:

* Develop product direction, positioning, and messaging in the market

* Develop business cases for new products and significant product enhancements, including identification of the problem, proposed solution, market sizing, sales projections, costs, execution planning/management, etc.

* Work with internal teams - sales, implementation, tech development, technical support, etc. - to understand market needs

* Be a prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders

* Identify, evaluate, and plan integration efforts with third-party software solutions as needed

* Develop and work with Product Marketing to identify and craft appropriate product positioning and marketing materials.

Desired Skills and Experience

* 1-3 years of Product Management (self-serve products) experience

* Prior product management experience in B2B fintech will be Ideal

* Passion for new technology and how it is used to develop a great product

* Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple opportunities, projects, and priorities concurrently

* Knack for problem-solving, enjoys dissecting problems and finding the root cause and then rallying the team around a solution

* Excellence in presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal communication skills

* MBA / bachelors in engineering or Finance or equivalent from top tier is a plus
