Job Summary

The QA UI Path Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of automation processes implemented through UiPath. This position requires strong manual testing experience, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work alongside developers, test leads, and the project management team. The aim is to contribute to the successful deployment and quality assurance of robotic processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Test Data for various test cases and analyze test cases created by team members.
• Execute Test Cases following established testing lifecycle processes to ensure the quality of automation bots.
• Track Defects, providing detailed information to developers to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Prepare Summary Reports and suggestion documents aimed at improving application quality.
• Engage in communication with the Test Lead and Test Manager regarding project updates and issues.
• Actively participate in team design meetings, daily scrums, and other development/testing meetings to contribute to the implementation of automation solutions and roll-out of robots to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, specifically UiPath.
• Mandatory 1 year experience in manual testing.
• Proficient in Process Analysis, Design, and Testing, with solid experience in standard testing methodologies and overall testing cycles.
• Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases for module, integration, system, regression, and performance testing of bots.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Bug Life Cycle.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases effectively.
• Familiarity with testing Web Services.
• Good background in database queries and testing scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working with Business Analysts (BA) and clients.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Scrum projects and agile testing methodologies.
• Experience in interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience focused on RPA platforms and manual testing methodologies.

Environment

• Work Mode: Full-time Office (WFO) at Kalpita Technologies, based in Bangalore.
• The role involves participating in onsite meetings and direct collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
