Job Summary

The Creator Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for managing the sourcing, onboarding, and collaboration of creators within the travel industry. This role is pivotal to developing and maintaining relationships with creators and ensuring successful negotiation and execution of partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and vetting creators to build a robust pipeline for future collaborations.
• Onboarding and managing relationships with creators to maintain positive partnerships.
• Negotiating deals and structuring commercial agreements that align with brand goals.
• Tracking deliverables, managing briefs, and ensuring compliance with rights management.
• Building and maintaining a database of 100+ travel creators for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Running 10-15 collaborations per month to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or talent management, preferably within travel or D2C brands.
• Strong negotiating skills with the ability to manage volume and deal structures.
• Understanding of creator economics and the dynamics of creator-led growth models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with creator marketplaces and familiarity with diverse creator backgrounds.
• Previous experience in handling rights management and usage dispute resolution.

Experience

• Previous experience in managing creator campaigns or partnerships is preferred, showcasing successful relationships and collaboration outcomes.
