Job Summary
The Traditional Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing advanced machine learning algorithms specifically in time-series domains, collaborating with fellow scientists and engineering teams, and contributing to patents and technical publications. This role is essential in driving innovations within the field of Industrial AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced Machine Learning algorithms in time-series domains.
- Collaborate with other applied scientists on algorithm development.
- Work closely with engineering teams on ML productization.
- Partner with Product Managers on identifying use cases and conducting benchmarking.
- Lead projects independently in dynamic environments.
- Contribute to patents and technical publications.
- Develop large language model (LLM) based pipelines.
- Train and optimize models through feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment focusing on recommendation and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Education: BS/MS/Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Science (CS), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of ML research experience (varies by degree).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java.
- Expertise in LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Experience with large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
