Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Implementation Consultant specializing in Fusion Cloud Financials modules, with a preference for Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) sector expertise. The consultant will lead complex implementations of General Ledger, Payables & Expenses, and Receivables & Collections, ensuring banking compliance and process efficiency. This hands-on role involves design, configuration, integration, and go-live for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, focusing on General Ledger, Payables & Expenses, and Receivables & Collections.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, configurations, custom reports, and extensions for banking scenarios like GL, AP automation, AR collections, and regulatory reporting.
  • Integrate Fusion Financials with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), third-party banking systems (e.g., core banking, treasury), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools using REST APIs and Platform as a Service (PaaS) services.
  • Manage data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), security setups (e.g., role-based access for banking audits), and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with client finance teams, architects, and stakeholders; mentor juniors on Oracle best practices.
  • Document solutions and conduct workshops.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 7-10 years in Oracle ERP implementations with a minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules.
  • Proven experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain.
  • Expertise in data migration, integration, and compliance in banking scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements in the BFSI sector.
  • Familiarity with advanced integration techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a focus on at least 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion.

Environment

  • Location: Dubai (Offshore for 3 months and then onsite).
  • Work may require flexible hours and collaboration across different time zones.
