Job Description

<div>Account Management:</div> <div>Manage and deepen relationships with key accounts (banks, national distributors, wealth platforms)<br /> Develop account-specific strategies to increase wallet share and product penetration<br /> Sales &amp; Business Development:<br /> Drive sales of Mutual Funds and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) across assigned accounts<br /> Achieve AUM growth and gross sales through focused engagement and cross-selling<br /> Partner Enablement &amp; Training:<br /> Conduct regular product training, investment huddles, and knowledge sessions for partner teams<br /> Address objections and provide solutions to enhance partner confidence and sales effectiveness<br /> Strategic Planning:<br /> Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to share new product, ideas and branding initiatives<br /> Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities<br /> Reporting &amp; Compliance:<br /> Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports<br /> Ensure all activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal policies<br /> Other Requirements:<br /> Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders<br /> Willingness to travel for client meetings and partner engagements</div>
