Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive: Location: Mumbai โ HO Experience: 2-4 Years Budget โ 2 LPA โ 2.5 LPA Responsibility: Handling customer interactions: Customer care executives are the primary point of contact for customers, and they manage interactions through phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media. Resolving customer issues: They provide solutions to customer problems and complaints, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved. Building relationships: Customer care executives build trust with customers through open communication and a positive attitude. Conducting surveys: They conduct surveys of customers and staff to gather feedback and improve the company's products and services. Tracking metrics: They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and churn rate. Training new employees: Some customer care executives may train new employees. Creating recommendations: They may create recommendations for best practices. Basic Requirements Candidate should have good communication skills Should handle toll free numbers Self-Motivated , punctual & discipline ยท Should be able to handle customer queries. Candidate from EV sector (electronic vehicle)/ Motor manufacturing industry wil be added advantage
