Job Summary

The Lead – Retention Program will play a crucial role in enhancing customer retention and growth for Snabbit. This role requires a highly analytical business generalist who can address business challenges related to customer growth, pricing, and retention—beyond traditional CRM and Lifecycle Marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement business-critical initiatives focused on customer retention and growth.
  • Analyze customer journey and lifecycle metrics to optimize retention strategies and improve overall customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies and discounting models to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Solve complex business problems using strong mathematical and analytical skills, driving strategies for growth in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Report directly to the Head of Central Operations, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Maintain high ownership over retention and customer growth outcomes, demonstrating accountability in all initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Proven experience in operations or business roles within dynamic, platform-based businesses.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategy and subscription business models.
    • Experience in customer journey optimization and lifecycle management (at least one vertical).
    • Problem-solving mindset with a flexible approach to operational challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hyperlocal businesses, e-commerce, Marketplace companies, EdTech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or analytics before transitioning to operational roles.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle management beyond just marketing roles.

Experience

  • Previous experience in operations or business roles, preferably within fast-paced startup environments.
  • Candidates are preferred who have transitioned from consulting or analytics roles to operations.

  • The role is located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, and operates on a 6-day Work From Office schedule.
