This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around scalable accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial hygiene in a high-growth environment.   Your mission, should you choose to accept   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Maintain operational effectiveness and documentation for internal controls. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Handle Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances as required. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Actively contribute to financial management through MIS reports and cash flow forecasting. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Prepare and process critical administrative paperwork with attention to accuracy and compliance. </li> </ul>    We are vibing if you   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Have 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Strong grasp of reconciliation and accounting fundamentals </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Tally, Zoho, or other ERP tools </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to streamline workflows </li> </ul>    Brownie Points   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Have worked in a D2C startup (preferably e-commerce, Q-commerce or marketplaces) or fast-scaling organisation </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance frameworks </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Understanding of cash flow, P&L, and inventory accounting </li> </ul>   Experience : 2-3 years Location: Mumbai Address: Boston House, Suren Rd, Gundavali, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053   Website: <a href="https://knotnow.co">https://knotnow.co</a>
