Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, the primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement the business sales plan tailored for individual customers, specifically Health Care Practitioners (HCPs). This role is critical in supporting the growth of the business by setting appropriate short-term customer call objectives and executing long-term goals through effective territory business planning for the product mix. Success in this position contributes significantly to achieving and surpassing sales objectives within the designated division.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned HCPs and Pharmacy Stores on a daily basis to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Analyze the environment within the territory to identify and establish channels for increasing product access.
- Position the brands effectively using strategic inputs and promotional activities recommended by the Marketing department.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory at the distributor level to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to the company’s guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business activities.
- Prepare and execute a business plan that aligns with territory performance and the company’s strategic objectives.
