Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer 2 will play a crucial role in providing operational and functional support. This position focuses on handling customer tickets, monitoring systems, and managing problems to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer tickets and escalations efficiently.
• Perform proactive monitoring of systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage problem resolution processes to minimize downtime.
• Provide operational and functional support to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools and support systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including Python scripting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong investigation and analysis skills.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development or IT support.
