Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tosca and JavaScript. This full-time role is based in Chennai or Pune, and requires a candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by implementing effective automation solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and JavaScript.
• Execute and analyze results of automated test cases to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Participate in regular test planning, review sessions, and retrospectives.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency with Tosca Automation Testing tools.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript for test automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, specifically with Tosca and JavaScript.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Environment

• Full-time position.
• Work location: Chennai or Pune (on-site or hybrid, as determined by company policy).
• Standard office environment with regular working hours.
• May require occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Start Date
