Job Title: Finance Controller

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Industry: IT Consulting / IT Services Experience: 7–8 Years Reporting to: CFO

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and audit management. This role will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting financial governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities     •    Manage General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.     •    Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial close.     •    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for management.     •    Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.     •    Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation requirements, and internal policies.     •    Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, including preparation of audit schedules.     •    Maintain strong internal financial controls and documentation.     •    Support improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications     •    CA / CPA / CMA      •    7–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles     •    Experience in IT services / consulting environment preferred     •    Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, audit, and taxation
