Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee our In-Mould Labelling (IML) manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, cost control, and effective team management, contributing significantly to the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall IML plant operations and manufacturing performance.
• Drive production planning, productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
• Ensure adherence to safety, maintenance, and compliance standards.
• Manage plant teams and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Head or Plant Operations Leader in an IML manufacturing environment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in In-Mould Labelling (IML) manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in driving productivity and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in food production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within an IML manufacturing environment is preferred.

Environment

The typical work setting is in the company's manufacturing plant located in Sonepat-Ganaur, Village Kami, Haryana. The role may require working in a fast-paced environment with adherence to strict safety and hygiene regulations.
