Qualifications and Requirements:<br />  Bachelor&#39;s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or other<br /> related fields<br />  10+ years’ experience leading a healthy Agile development team in a<br /> global environment.<br />  Strong software development background with prior experience in any<br /> modern programming language – GO, NodeJS, Python etc.<br />  Exposure to microservices based architecture.<br />  Understanding of SOLID design principles and architecture patterns<br />  Desire to innovate and discover new technologies.<br />  Strong written, verbal and presentation skills<br />  Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and works well in a team<br /> environment.<br />  Driven to continually learn and master new skills.<br />  Understanding of front-end technologies like React, Angular or Vue<br /> (Desired)<br />  Exposure to health care and/or pharmacy benefits administration domain<br /> (Desired)
