Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build the management interface for our Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platform from the ground up. This role involves creating a user-friendly and intuitive web interface that facilitates enterprises in managing their hyperconverged infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking. As a member of our team, you will lead this greenfield project and work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless API integration.

Responsibilities

• Build the complete frontend for our HCI management platform as part of a greenfield project.
• Design intuitive interfaces for managing infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Create dashboards for monitoring physical hosts, virtual machines (VMs), and cluster health.
• Develop interfaces for KubeVirt VM lifecycle management.
• Build interfaces for Ceph storage management and monitoring.
• Integrate with our existing design system utilizing React, TypeScript, Shadcn, and Tailwind.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers on API design and integration.
• Create responsive interfaces suitable for both desktop and mobile management.
• Implement real-time monitoring and alerting interfaces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong expertise in developing complex dashboard and data visualization interfaces.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts including virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Experience with enterprise software and administrative interfaces.
• Knowledge of real-time data handling and WebSocket integrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring dashboards, especially Grafana-style interfaces.
• Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure management platforms (e.g., VMware vCenter, Proxmox).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as KVM and KubeVirt.
• Familiarity with storage systems or distributed system concepts.
• Background in enterprise infrastructure or HCI platforms.
• Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in frontend development.
