Looking for Front end web developers with strong proficiency in React Js and Redux framework from
Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges
Responsibilities:
• Working alongside other developers, product managers and designers.
• Own a feature and bring it to the production application.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable
devices and browsers.
• Build pixel-perfect, Responsive, buttery smooth UIs.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
• Hiring and leading team (Applicable for Senior Web Developers).
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object
model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e. g., Immutable.js ).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience in building and supporting high-performance applications.
• Prior experience with Firebase is a plus.
• Candidates from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges preferred.
