QA Lead

Job Summary

The QA Lead will lead a team of five members in the Salesforce Testing domain. The role requires a technically sound individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience, primarily focusing on Salesforce Quality Assurance using ProVar automation tools. This position involves mentoring team members, interacting with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5 testers in Salesforce testing.
• Oversee manual and automated testing processes using Salesforce ProVar.
• Engage in Classic and Lightning development activities.
• Mentor and assist team members in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and interaction with clients to understand their testing requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing projects and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Testing - Manual and Salesforce Testing - Automation.
• Proficiency in using ProVar for automated testing.
• Experience with Classic and Lightning development in Salesforce.
• Excellent mentoring and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., BTech, BSc, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Salesforce quality assurance and testing.

• Full-time position based in Nagpur.
