Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales for the company. This role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving organizational revenue targets and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Environment
This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The role requires in-office presence and might involve occasional travel for client meetings.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum.
