Job Description
Responsibilities: • Familiarize with the CapHive app to give product demo to clients • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and comfortable with our platform. • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any operational challenges and ensuring optimal use of the platform. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify additional support or training needs. • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to communicate client feedback and influence future product enhancements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. • Assist the senior leadership in developing and rolling out new client initiatives. • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on account status, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
